ItalyVisaHelp offers the following fee-based services:
Our services improve the quality and completeness of your visa application. However, we do not and cannot guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made exclusively by Italian consular officers. Our service fees are not refundable on the basis of a visa denial.
Service fees are refundable within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet commenced. Once document preparation or appointment monitoring has begun, fees are non-refundable. The consulate visa fee paid to the Italian government is separate from our fees and is always non-refundable.

We access the PRENOT@MI system with your authorization. We cannot guarantee a specific date or time for your appointment, as slot availability is controlled solely by the Italian consulate. If no slots become available within your required timeframe, we will notify you promptly.
ItalyVisaHelp's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for any travel costs, non-refundable bookings, or other losses incurred in connection with a visa denial or processing delay.
